Rhonda F. Garwood CEO/Managing Member
Rhonda F. Garwood is the CEO/Managing Member for 3 Point Security. Ms. Garwood is retired from the US Army, was employed at three large Department of Defense contract corporations, and has owned her own business Z4 Enterprises, LLC since 2007. Ms. Garwood made a strategic decision to diversify and teamed with Desert Eagle Security to pursue new opportunities. This led Ms. Garwood and Ms. Bergman to form the joint venture 3 Point Security, LLC. Their leadership and vision has motivated the company to pursue contracts with federal, state, and local governments as well as commercial firms primarily across the southwestern United States.
Kendra Bergman Chief Operating Officer
Kendra Bergman is the Chief Executive Officer for Desert Eagle Intelligence, Inc. After obtaining her college degree in 1997, her education and background in human resources management led her to the new challenges offered at Desert Eagle Security. Employed there since 1999, she worked her way up through management and became CEO in 2007. Her leadership and management skills have proven effective as the company continues to expand. With the Corporate headquarters in Arizona, under her guidance they continue to pursue new opportunities in various states; including California, Nevada, and Washington.
Jay Garwood Business Manager
Jay Garwood is one of the business managers for 3 Point Security focusing on developing new business and customer satisfaction. Mr. Garwood is a graduate of the University of Southern California majoring in Systems Management. He is also a retired US Army Officer and has 45 years’ experience managing diverse military operations and complex contracts supporting the Department of the Army. Mr. Garwood participates in numerous professional development programs, veteran and community support organizations.
Steven Boehm Operations Manager
With several years of security experience, Steven Boehm joined the Desert Eagle Security team in March 2005. His proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills coupled with his technical background in computers, firearms, and personal communications enabled him to advance through the ranks quickly. After established success as the Site Supervisor/Project Manager at Davis Dam, Steven promoted to Regional Operations Manager in May 2007. He is responsible for all operations and personnel aspects of contracts. He continues to interface directly with the Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) and ensures compliance with the Statement of Work of all contracts within the region. In addition to his regional duties, Steven’s proven technical expertise, planning, and writing contributions are an invaluable asset to the management team.
